We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Engineer with 10 + years of hands-on experience in the transformer manufacturing industry. This role offers an opportunity to manage high-value procurement, and contribute directly to cost optimization, Inventory management and supply-chain excellence.
How you'll make an impact
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in vendor management, need to work in P 2 P (procure to pay) concept, localization strategies, and timely procurement of critical materials and components required for power transformers.
Develop and implement procurement strategies for transformer raw materials and bought-out items (core steel, Insulation materials, fabrication components, copper items, Bought out items, etc.).
