The Job Role

• Ensuring accurate posting of purchase ledger invoices
• Supplier reconciliations
• Ensuring accurate sales invoicing in line with clients’ needs and wants
• Following documented processes and ensuring work is billed in a timely manner
• Discussing unbilled work with regional managers to bring completed work to invoicing stage
