Trilogic are pleased to be working with our client to recruit for a Purchase Administrator. The client is based in North Swindon. Salary band is between 25,000-30,000 per annum.
Are you experienced in purchasing? Raising and chasing purchase orders? Chasing supplier quotes? Stock Management? And general office administration? The responsibilities for the role will include (not limited to): Raising & chasing purchase orders Sending out enquiries & chasing supplier quotes Ordering office stationary and supplies Sales Order Processing Data input Taking incoming enquiries and phone answering Set up and management of the supplier account opening process. Overall, they are looking for somebody with great organisation skills, who can join the team to assist in the smooth running of day to day tasks.
