Position Summary
The Punch List Carpenter is responsible for completing final-stage construction tasks on residential or commercial projects to ensure all work meets quality standards prior to project closeout. This role focuses on detailed finish work, corrections, and touch-ups identified during inspections or walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

+ Complete punch list items including repairs, adjustments, and finishing work

+ Perform light carpentry tasks such as trim installation, door adjustments, hardware installation, and cabinetry touch-ups

+ Repair drywall, patch, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting

+ Perform paint touch-ups, caulking, and minor texture work

+ Install and adjust doors, baseboards, crown molding, and other finish carpentry elements
