Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain document registers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage document numbering systems in accordance with company and project standards.
- Issue project correspondence, drawings, and technical documentation to clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Upload, distribute, and manage documentation through SharePoint and project management platforms.
- Control document revisions and ensure superseded documents are correctly archived and replaced.
