Job Description:

He will be responsible for leading and managing the entire Government Business vertical, with complete ownership of profit & loss, business growth, operations, and client management. The role requires driving large-scale government contracts across facility management, manpower outsourcing, and allied services while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. P&L Ownership

- Manage end-to-end P&L for the B2G vertical

- Monitor financial performance, margins, DSO Management

2. Business Development (Government Sector)

- Identify and pursue new opportunities in Central/State Government, PSUs, and institutional clients

- Lead tendering process including RFP analysis, pricing strategy, and bid submission

- Build a strong pipeline of government contracts across regions
