Handle employment and residency visa applications, renewals, and cancellations through MOHRE and GDRFA for all group companies. Ensure timely renewals and amendments of trade licenses and company documents via DED and relevant authorities. Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, MOFA, ICP, and other government departments for various company requirements. Support company formation, license modifications, legal documentation, and related services across multiple business units. Represent the company before RERA, Dubai Courts, and all relevant judicial government authorities. Register cases with Dubai Courts and RERA's Rental Dispute Center.
