**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco North America is seeking a high-potential **Public Relations & Executive Voice Specialist** to help shape how we tell our story with credibility, clarity, and purpose.

This role partners closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications to strengthen Serco’s reputation through media engagement, compelling storytelling, and authentic executive voice. You will identify, shape, coordinate, and communicate Serco stories for earned media, executing across media relations, executive communications, and thought leadership while learning how to operate as a trusted advisor.
