Role Overview

Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a pivotal role in facilitating and managing all administrative processes related to government regulations, employee documentation, and corporate compliance reporting to the COO. The PRO serves as the intermediary between the company and various government authorities to ensure the company remains compliant with local laws, including visa processing, labour and immigration requirements, trade licenses, permits, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Visa & Work Permit Management: Apply for new employee visas and work permits; handle visa renewals, cancellations, and status updates for employees; coordinate with government authorities to ensure compliance with labour and immigration laws; process residency permits and work visa applications for expatriate employees.
