We are looking for a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Specialist – Level 3 for our client who meets the following criteria:

Language: English

Security Clearance: Secret and NATO Secret

Location of Work: On-site, 60 Moodie Drive (Carling Campus), Ottawa

Mandatory requirements

The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of combined experience, within the past fifteen (15) years, in a similar IT/IT environment implementing and supporting PKI solutions.

The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years of combined experience developing at least three (3) of the following types of System Engineering documentation:

System Design Specification;

Build / Configuration documents;

Concept of Operations (ConOps);

System Implementation Plan;

Test Plans / Test Reports; and

Life Cycles Support Plans.
