Job Description
The Public Area Executive ensures that all public spaces within the hotel are clean, well-maintained, safe, and presentable at all times. This role involves routine cleaning, inspection, and upkeep of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, banquet areas, recreational facilities, and other common areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including:
- Lobby and reception areas
- Corridors and elevators
- Public restrooms
- Restaurants and banquet spaces
- Meeting rooms
- Gym, spa, and recreational facilities
- Outdoor entrances and walkways
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
- Ensure public washrooms are stocked with supplies such as soap, tissues, and hand towels.
- Remove trash and maintain waste disposal areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
