Our organization is currently looking for a Public Area Attendant to join our team.



Responsibilities:

Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed;

Greet guests in a friendly manner;

Lobby areas;

Offices;

Restrooms;

Additionally, you will be expected to communicate any safety issues and to tend to special cleaning projects as assigned;

Maintaining the cleanliness of the guest corridors;

Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair;

Delivering miscellaneous goods and supplies to guest rooms and delivering linen and supplies to guest floors;

Removing trash from work areas to the loading dock/dumpster and removing trash and linen from cleaning carts;

Making up and delivering roll-a-way beds and baby cribs;



Requirements:

Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility;
