Key Job FunctionsTo establish a comprehensive understanding and demonstrate the Sonesta guest standardsTo establish and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all: cleaning chemicals, air fresheners and supplies required for this positionTo establish an understanding and the knowledgeable for all surfaces to be cleaned and appropriate cleanersEnsure rest rooms are clean and maintained in an excellent state of police. Bathroom rounds should be made every 30 minutes and every 15 minutes during special events/functionsEnsure bathrooms are disinfected during each roundReport all maintenance problems and follow up to completionReport all carpet/ upholstery spill/spotsEnsure the following are cleaned as they are used: ash trays and urns, tables, counter tops, windows, and mirrorsDust Mop all floors and dust all furniture at the start of each shift, 45 minutes before the ...
