Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for initiating, coordinating, and performing the administrative functions required for the effective operation and support of Small Business Center.
*Position is up to 29 hours per week/8AM-4PM*
Essential Job Duties
Responsible for answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, handling inquiries from the public and co-workers in a cooperative, courteous, and professional manner. Ordering and inventorying office supplies, operating office equipment (copier, fax, scanner, etc.) and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail. Primary point of contact for client, customers and visitors to the department in person, by phone, and by e-mail.
