The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patient's needs, goals, and physician direction. This role involves the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that allow for an effective return to community activities. The therapist serves as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and self, while also performing other professional duties associated with patient care and program delivery. Consistent adherence to the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values is expected.
