POSITION: Banquet Captain

REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage Director
FLSA STATUS: Part-time/On call, hourly, Non-Exempt
Summary: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has immediate part-time/on call openings for a Banquet Captain. This position supervises and coordinates activities of banquet servers during banquets to ensure that food is served promptly. Regular attendance in conformance with the policies established by ASM Global is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Consults with Food & Beverage Manager regarding serving arrangements and if additional employee and equipment are required for a smooth event.
