Job Summary

As a Psychologist you will provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to clients across a range of areas. You will work autonomously within your area of expertise while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals. You may focus on one of two career progression tracks:

•Clinical Specialist Track: Focuses on deepening expertise in a particular psychological specialty.

• Practice Management Track: Combines clinical practice with the development of skills in business operations and management.

In either track, your role is to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the practice. You will also be responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retention, clinical outcomes, and business development.
