Psychiatry Opportunity EMPLOYED Position - Just Minutes Outside of Charlotte, NC

Medical Center near Charlotte, NC is seeking a Psychiatrist to join an Adult Psychiatry / Geri-Psych practice. We have a 16 Bed Adult Psychiatric Unit and a 12 Bed Geriatric Psychiatric Unit. Medical Center also has the new 14-bed dual diagnoses unit.

Inpatient Only
This is the only inpatient Behavioral Health program within Iredell County. The new Psychiatrist will be walking into an active program.
42 beds: 16 bed acute adult, 12 bed geriatric, 14 bed acute adult/geriatric overflow, serving patients 18+
Join 1 FT Psychiatrist & 2 FT Nurse Practitioners
All full-time providers are expected to participate in the call rotation and assist the emergency and medical departments with consults.
Call is typically one week each month and some weekend coverage.
