Deaconess Health System is seeking a highly motivated Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Henderson, KY or Evansville, Indiana to serve patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting with strong clinical and administrative support.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package with significant earning potential:

• Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $350,000 with potential to earn more
• Sign-on bonus: $75,000
• Additional earning potential in Year 1 and beyond: Deaconess psychiatrists earn $400,000 $500,000 or more based on productivity and performance.
