Residency Staff Psychiatrist NEEDED!

Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Development
•Administration. Develop a leadership role in psychiatric Residency steering committee to advance psychiatric residency training activities in compliance with ACGME requirements
•Curriculum. Develop and clarify rotation details for residents, preparing written educational goals and objectives in compliance with the ACGME competencies for residents at each level of training and/or for each rotation or experience.
•Faculty Recruitment and Development. Recruit and build participating faculty for the program. Implement a program of continuous quality improvement in medical education for faculty, pertaining to the teaching and evaluation of the competencies, faculty development for teaching skills to promote scholarly activity and research and competent clinical teaching and evaluation.
