Our primary shared goals include meeting community needs using innovative integrated care models, and collaborating with family practitioners to develop and implement a patient medical home model consistent with the IHA Mental Health and Substance Use Program and with Ministry and Government priorities.

The successful candidate, in collaboration with local family practitioners, will provide urgent consultative support to the Kootenay Lake Hospital (KLH) medical/surgical units and emergency department.
