**Job Summary:**

**Our behavioral health practice is seeking a psychiatrist to supervise our resident physicians at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia. New graduates are encouraged to apply. **Qualified candidates:**

+ Board certified or board eligible
+ Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Virginia
+ Superb communication skills and a passion for training the next generation of physician leaders
+ 1:4 call schedule
+ Shared weekend inpatient call coverage with teams – separate resident ED team
+ Opportunity for leadership positions
+ Supervision of APP support is required
