We are looking for a part-time Psychiatrist under a one-year contract, providing essential services three days a week—two days for client visits and one day for team collaboration. You'll develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate in-person client clinics two days weekly
• Create interdisciplinary treatment plans with clients and families
• Document clinical notes for all consultations
• Maintain communication with the team between client visits
• Coordinate patient transitions to primary care or specialists
