Job Description:
We're looking for a well-organized individual to help with our licensing initiative. The licensing
specialist will be responsible for obtaining and completing the initial provider application for US
state medical licenses. This role will require the individual to have a high level of attention to
detail and organizational skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Research and compile the appropriate application from the US State Medical Board based on
the provider's need.
· Work alongside the provider to be sure all the necessary documentation needed for the
application is obtained.
· Maintain a high level of communication with our providers throughout the licensure
application process.
· Utilize task management software to maintain up to date on tasks.
· Complete application fully and with careful attention to accuracy and detail; transmit to
provider for review and approval.
