Shift & Compensation Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Range: $75–85k Annual

Must have a reliable vehicle (the facility is not accessible by public transit).

This position is based out of Stayner, Ontario.

Responsibilities

Assess labor needs and make necessary adjustments to ensure adequate staffing levels.

Ensure that Production Operators are aware of and follow safety protocols and SOPs and document their training.

Schedule and organize staff to ensure the team performs duties to meet production targets and expectations.

Ensure timesheets for all employees are submitted in a timely manner.

Oversee the documentation and KPI tracking of production room activities.

Understand the operation of all production equipment and train Operators accordingly.
