About The Role

Responsible to carry out the rapid prototyping operations to produce the prototype parts required for technology research and products to meet project time plan. The role will sit within the team structure PTC Prototyping Team.

Role objective

• A subject matter expert in one of these main core areas: Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Stereolithography (SLA) and, Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) Polyjet, Laser Cut and Workshop equipment
• Lead roles require all relevant people management activities to be carried out such as supporting the team to achieve goals and objectives set by management, coaching on performance management, and work allocation planning
• Analyze and develop new practices/procedures in executing the role
• Independent decision‑making abilities, demonstrating problem analysis and problem resolution skills to execute work to the highest standards and within agreed lead times
