Job Description Rewards Operations & Fulfilment
Manage daily voucher fulfilment and redemption processes
Track reward inventory, burn rate, and redemption status
Support campaign setup, execution, and post-campaign wrap-up
Handle operational issues related to rewards redemption and escalation
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare regular campaign and engagement reports using Excel/Google Sheet
Track key metrics such as redemption rate and voucher utilization
Partner & Internal Coordination
Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage campaign creation & fulfilment
Support documentation of SOPs Job Requirement Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Comfortable working with numbers and operations
Good communications, and willingness to learn
Experience or interest in operations, e-commerce, fintech, or digital platforms
