Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with team members to developed Portal
Update Portal Daily
Make a design and multimedia slide if necessary
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records
Assist with technical client inquiries and engage in project solutions delivery
Implement and test solutions based on customer requirements.
Update project status to the Solution Delivery team regularly

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or fresh graduates (Priority)
Experience or familiar with CMS Joomla or WordPress
Experience in Make a design and multimedia video / slide
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other designer and multimedia software
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
