As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our prospecting department by recruiting Prospecting Managers in Tangier.
Assigned to the Expansion Department, your role is to contribute to the development of the real estate business by taking charge of prospecting for new store locations.
Missions & Responsibilities:
Build and track a file of potential businesses; Analyze the needs of the BU Management through knowledge of the local and regional market and market studies; Take charge of negotiating lease terms; Present and get projects approved by the BU Management / the Investment Monitoring Committee; Make the necessary applications for administrative authorizations; Achieve the objectives in terms of number of leases.
