About the Role

TELUS Health is seeking a Proposal Writer to lead end‑to‑end proposal development for RFPs, RFXs and other solicitations. The role supports the business growth efforts by creating persuasive, compliant, and strategically aligned proposals that showcase TELUS Health’s capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end proposal development process—from receipt of the RFP/RFX through final submission via email, web portal, or hard copy.
• Develop high‑quality persuasive proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and TELUS Health capabilities.
• Create proposal outlines, compliance matrices, templates, and identify boilerplate content and core qualification materials (resumes, biographies, project qualifications, certifications, references).
• Write bespoke answers to customer questions, weaving in win themes and ensuring content is clear, accessible, and compelling.
