As a **Proposal Manager for Subsea Products**, you’ll be the driving force behind winning complex, high-value contracts for **subsea structures and tie-in technologies**across global markets — all from your base in **Norway**, where our product development and engineering expertise is anchored.
In this high-impact role, you’ll be NOV’s **primary commercial focal point**in the region, owning the full proposal lifecycle — from shaping strategy and engaging with customers to coordinating world-class technical input and delivering competitive, compliant bids. Your scope will span international tenders in regions such as the North Sea, South America, and beyond.
