**Description:**
You will be the Proposal and Affordability Lead for the Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod (ATP) and Infrared Search and Track (IRST) Programs within the Sensors & Global Sustainment (S&GS) Line of Business. Our team is responsible for leading the proposal and affordability program across these advanced sensor initiatives.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Proposal and Affordability Lead you will be responsible for shaping strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring alignment with government regulations and program commitments.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Organizing and overseeing GSC proposal activities, ensuring timely, compliant submissions.
+ Developing supplier RFP templates and leading central procurement proposal kick‑off meetings.
+ Coordinating cost analysis, commercial item determinations, and negotiation strategies.
+ Managing the affordability pipeline and creating step‑down plans to meet program targets.
