The main responsibility of this role is to evaluate and recommend potential locations for opening new stores as part of Watson's Malaysia expansion strategy. Job Responsibilities

• Review and recommend store expansion.
• Identify and acquire new sites.
• Rental negotiation, execution, and management of leases and tenancy agreements.
• Negotiate and maintain strong rapport with landlords and agencies.
• Analyze financial reports and prepare business for store expansion submission.
• Involved in presentation of new business cases to top management.
