Responsibilities
Resopnsible for managing techical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitioring the overall control of site activities Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above At least 10 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable property development, property management and fit-out projects Possess sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage Good command of English and Chinese Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and effectively under pressure Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Executive / Project Executive(Property / Building)
