Position Overview
Job Purpose The Property Officer supports the Building Manager in the operational management of delivering Integrated Facilities Management services for HDB Commercial Properties. This role involves day-to-day maintenance coordination, vendor management, tenant relations, and ensuring service standards are met across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities Operational Support - Support the Building Manager in the operational management of delivering Integrated Facilities Management services for HDB Commercial Properties
- Assist and support all sites in the day-to-day maintenance and functional operations of the properties
- Conduct building and equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance
Maintenance Management - Ensure preventive maintenance works are carried out according to schedule
