Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure that all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are functioning optimally, including planning and scheduling routine maintenance works
Manage and oversee maintenance of the property, including but not limited to Soft Services (i.e. Security, Cleaning, Pest control, Landscape maintenance), Lift Fire protection systems, ACMV Systems Sanitary & Plumbing Systems, Building structure and roof waterproofing.
Sourcing, evaluating and recommendation for quotations.
Ensuring the compliance and safety of the property, including but not limited to:
Ensuring timely renewal of licenses and any authority compliance requirements
Manage all licensing and statutory obligations, such as fire safety certifications and building permits.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate safety risks.
