Position Overview
Minimum requirements
- Managing Trustees/Must understand the budgets
- Managing a portfolio of Sectional Title schemes and Home Owners Associations
- Property management experience within Sectional Title and HOAs
- Strong knowledge of community schemes and relevant legislation
- Experience managing trustee, director, AGM and SGM meetings
- Sound understanding of budgets, levies, arrears, financials and maintenance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple schemes and priorities
- Professional, client-focused and solutions-driven
- Computer literate (MS Office); property management systems advantageous
- Valid driverβs licence and reliable transport required
