A central London estate with a prime, high profile portfolio is seeking a Property Manager to join them on a fixed term contract until June of next year . Working on a multi-sector portfolio, the role will provide day-to-day property management support across the portfolio including:

• Delivery of Service Charge account management including periodic reviews of expenditure against budget.
• Management of property costs and procurement at both a property and estate level.
• Oversight and assistance with rent and service charge collection.
• Instructing and overseeing building surveyors to deliver projects.
