Position Summary

We are looking for a property manager to play a key role in managing a real estate portfolio, ensuring both tenant satisfaction and the smooth operation of the buildings. You will be responsible for lease administration, administrative and budgetary management, building maintenance, as well as contract tracking, tenders, and coordinating maintenance teams.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Manage tenant relations and the tenant community, handle service calls, and assist with onboarding new tenants;
• Participate in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and oversee billing and collections;
• Implement emergency plans, manage inspections and repairs, and ensure compliance and safety of the premises;
