Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports

Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests

Liaise with tenants and landlords in a professional manner

Assist the property management team with day-to-day tasks

About the Candidate

Previous experience in property management or real estate (e.g. holiday rentals, junior or senior property management roles)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Experience with trust accounting is highly desirable but not essential

Holds a current Certificate of Registration (COR)
