Property Manager

Senior Property Manager position available in Essex.

Remuneration & Working Hours

Basic salary £35,000 per year. Working from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal with all maintenance‑based issues on a portfolio of fully managed properties.
• Manage maintenance issues, reporting back to both landlord and tenant.
• Coordinate contractor diaries, ensuring reported maintenance issues are attended to and remedied in a timely way.
• Obtain maintenance quotes where necessary.
• Authorize invoices and utility bills.
• Handle all landlord and tenant correspondence.
• Prepare check‑out reports and negotiate deposit returns.
• Address initial complaints at early stages when appropriate and able.
• Refer sales leads.
