JOB SUMMARY

Vertus are looking to recruit a Property Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Property Management Team Lead, you will ensure that residents (tenants) have the best rental experience and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service, becoming a Vertus brand ambassador for our Newfoundland building.

Salary: Up to £40,000 pa DOE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing the property management of your assigned properties across Vertus Portfolio

Ensuring your assigned properties within the Vertus portfolio meet all necessary compliance obligations e.g. have a valid EICR, EPC and PAT testing

Managing costs for turnaround of apartments to ensure costs are being appropriately recovered from tenants' deposit...
