To manage the relationship between Tenant and Landlord

Manage the Landlord Portfolio

Create and maintain detailed, accurate files notes

Manage day to day relationships with contractors

Progress Damages & Reimbursements

Achieve objectives and targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Preparation of reports to Senior Management

Monitoring workload of team.
