职责与工作内容:
协助租赁流程,包括物业带看、签约、交屋及退租手续
协调维修与保养工作,处理租户维修请求及投诉
定期检查空置单位,确保物业状况良好
管理和更新租户与物业相关资料、租赁合约
与屋主、租户及大楼管理层保持良好沟通
职位要求:
大专文凭或以上学历
至少2年租赁或物业管理相关经验
良好的沟通协调与组织能力
熟悉MicrosoftOffice(Excel,Word,PowerPoint)
细心负责,具备时间管理与多任务处理能力
Responsibilities:
Assist in the leasing process, including property viewings, tenancy agreements, handover, and termination procedures
Coordinate maintenance and repair works: handle tenant requests and complaints
Conduct regular inspections of vacant units to ensure good property condition
Maintain and update tenant records, property files, and tenancy agreements
Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and building management
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or property management, preferably in residential properties.
