**Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This role oversees the maintenance and upkeep of more than 50 residential properties across the state. The property maintenance technician completes unit turnovers, responds to maintenance work orders, and performs a wide range of light repairs and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained housing. The position focuses on general building and property maintenance rather than licensed trade work and requires frequent travel between apartment communities.

**Responsibilities**
