**Job Description**

This role focuses on maintaining buildings, equipment, and grounds across a large multi-building property in Oconomowoc. You will perform a wide range of tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance, as well as groundskeeping and preventive maintenance on boats and vehicles.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components, to ensure safe and reliable operation.
+ Perform routine building and equipment maintenance across multiple houses and outbuildings on a large property.
+ Complete general facility repairs such as painting, minor carpentry, and cosmetic improvements as needed.
