Rocasa Consulting Limited are looking for a Property Maintenance Team Leader in Milton Keynes ,you'll take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day leadership of a team of property maintenance technicians and also perform responsive maintenance and repair works.

You and your team will deliver work across both void and occupied properties.

You'll champion safe working practices, drive strong performance and quality standards, and ensure every job is completed efficiently, effectively, and to an excellent standard. Just as importantly, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Within this role you will still be required to be performing hands on maintenance across our properties for part of your workload. This is a field‑based role and you will be required to be based within the Milton Keynes, with visits to the Northampton office as required.
