This is a remote position. The work will consist of building disputes, boundhary disputes, party wall cases and general landlord / tenant work as well as some commercial litigation . All our work is private or LEI based.

You be joining a team of two barristers, two Solicitors and two paralegals. You must be able to take new cases from start all the way through to trial. Requirements We are looking for someone north west based -min 3 years PQE in the above areas but can be a Solicitor / Legal Exec.
