Being mentored by a top Property Partner (also a property developer) you will  love the autonomy+ challenge+ satisfaction of running your own property practice +managing your clients whilst also leading/mentoring a small property team (1 conveyancer+ 1 paralegal) who will assist you.

Key areas include: 1) high-end residential/commercial conveyancing [mainly off-the-plan developments acting for high end developers]; 2) commercial/retail leases; 3) interesting non-conveyancing property/commercial work eg due diligence, development/construction/local govt/strata matters.
