Title – AVP/VP – BD (Land Acquisition)

Role & responsibilities:

• To interact with channel partners/ brokers/ property owners/ redevelopment of society/GHMC for leads for land/ redevelopment of society
• To review property details like property card, development plan remarks etc. including basic title due diligence (Technical and Legal Due Diligence)
• To review market study and industry reports and recommend changes to concerned stakeholders
• To review technical and legal due diligence done by team
• To review financial feasibility based on the inputs available and recommend future course of action
• To influence key stakeholders within the organization to adhere project/ tender timelines
• To review MIS of properties under evaluation on a regular basis
• To conduct competition mapping and benchmarking
• To guide and handhold team on new regulations, government guidelines etc.
